Free Design Service
Packwins is equipped with an experienced point of purchase cardboard display structural team to assist you on spot.
By providing your product pictures and specify their dimensions and unit weight, our structural designers will help with initial design. These can be very standard or with variation on header signage or with a compelling call to action style.
White or Printed Prototypes
Once we are at the same stage on the sketch design, our structural designers will share a set of cardboard display template keylines for customer to laid artwork.
You could have your own logo,artwork,fonts styles within your artwork prepared, and upload via wetransfer,dropbox etc. Once we downloaded your artwork, a printed sample is created lifesize.

Color Accuracy
Especially for a world-renowned brand cardboard display, color match is one of the key issue we need to take care of. There are basically 3 ways we usually apply to avoid color discrepancy, and help make your point of purchase displays outstanding from the crowd.
Customer send to us a copy of their color proof.We do a set of offset color proof prints with 2-3 variations for customer to choose from.Our experienced printing expertise use “color meter” to help check color on site.
Well Protected Packing
Packing – It is the last thing we can handle at our side to help customers on their uniquely designed POS cardboard display stands. Alternatively there are 2 solutions to consider for packing, either way is well protected,
Solid packed – assembled and hold products in, suitable for sidekick displays, small PDQ counter display units.
Flat packed – all pieces knock down off, and put neatly in a strong shipper carton before container loading.

Taking the factor of economic shipping, most corrugated display units are packed flat. On the other side, sales reps at retail stores wish the displays are easy to assemble with no professional technics required.
